Gluten free bread

Gluten free bread is not difficult to find in stores nowadays. But a gluten free bread that tastes just like a regular artisan wheat bread is really, really difficult to come by.

This is what I get very often from customers…

They say “We bought this bread from the store, but the texture is so heavy.. The bread falls apart when we try to slice it! It tastes bland!”... And, this is the most common “It tastes like cardboard”!

At this point I give them a slice of our gluten free artisan bread. Next, they buy! Why? Because our bread tastes like what they are used to from the time they could eat wheat bread.
